How to Convert Invoice to Image

Invoices are often sent as PDFs, but sometimes you need them as images (PNG or JPG) for expense reports, uploading to accounting software, or simply for easier viewing on mobile devices.

Step 1: Select the Invoice Tool

Go to the Invoice to Image tool on VexDocs.

Step 2: Upload Your Invoice

Drag and drop your PDF invoice into the upload box. Since VexDocs processes files locally, your sensitive financial data never leaves your computer.

Step 3: Download Images

Once processed, you can see a preview of your invoice pages. Click "Download PNG" for individual pages or "Save All" to get a ZIP file of all pages.
